TIME MANAGEMENT
Every project requires specific tools and methodologies. In Marrakech, Morocco, I organized the Marrakech International Film Festival party. My company was the main media partner and the publisher of the Daily Gazette Festival. From concept to completion, it was one of the most exciting projects of my career because the Festival is presided over by Prince Moulay Rachid. The party was in honour of Thai cinematography, highlighting the Thai culture in every detail (food, shows, ambient music). It took six months of preparation with JWT agency. Over 400 people were there (clients, partners, celebrities).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I track KPIs to improve decision-making and increase clarity in the business direction. For example, if customer satisfaction scores are low in one area of your business, we might choose to focus our efforts in this area to improve these scores.
STRAtEGY
I build a company culture to increase team engagement, retention, and alignment. For example, creating a culture manifesto, building a thorough and personalized onboarding process, organizing team building, offsite, leading meditation workshops.
CULTURE & events
I build a culture of documentation in order to teach the team about effective async communication habits, that will shape the company culture. Replacing some meetings and documenting workflows with Loom. Creating reports, assigning tasks with AI.
